Overline AT Mining for CPUs
This announcement serves as a notification of the beginning of AT Mining for CPUs running Windows, Linux, and OSX.
Summary
The announcement of the final countdown will be posted on Twitter (@blockcollider) once the software is ready. There will be 8 hours of lead time before the software is uploaded and mining can begin.
28,787,582 NRG mined by miners during the BT mining period has been loaded into the AT Genesis Block (ARC BLOCK).
Docker with Windows support, despite last minute difficulties, will be available at launch. Source code will be available.
Mining will be on CPUs with bandwidth available. The tutorial and minimum requirements for the BT mainnet chain still applies (https://blog.blockcollider.org/how-to-mine-collider-2478bb3fcc35).
Responding to the rumor, the team will not distribute the software early. The AT miner will be available with the appearance of a “Start Mining” button on https://borderless.blockcollider.org.
NRG Grant
Participants will be rewarded for mining with the launch of AT. NRG rewards have been adjusted to 2 NRG per mined block. For more info on this change (https://www.embnation.com/t/nrg-mining-grant-update/630).
Borderless & Portfolio Release
The official release of Borderless will occur between block height 500,000 and 750,000, which will take place in the next 30 days (January 10th -> February 10th). The unique technology behind Borderless makes it impossible to enforce control of any kind. During this time, and until the application is officially launched, use Borderless only to develop and test trades. Try it out. But be cautious, vigilant, and use common sense.
DO NOT TRADE ON BORDERLESS, TEST ONLY.
Borderless can’t be turned off or stopped.
Borderless can’t set limits or stop losses on orders.
All trades on Borderless are anonymous and irreversible.
All cryptocurrency is real, live, and on blockchains.
Borderless is only an interface to Block Collider.
Additionally, there is robust documentation and updates for Borderless on the new website https://borderless.blockcollider.org.
Liquidity
Following the Genesis event, there has been a select set of the community whose goals have not been aligned with the development philosophy of the project. Our goal will always remain to serve and build technology that brings freedom through cryptography.
We have been in discussions with several reliable exchanges and, as soon as we see Emblems live for trading on Borderless, we would like to see other prominent exchanges bring Emblems healthy liquidity. To this end, we expect active members of the Block Collider community to come forward and offer their assistance in meaningful ways to support the project, introduce partners, and drive NRG/EMB liquidity.
Conclusion
Most of the team has gathered in the US for the launch and send their warm regards. We expect to release the Docker image this weekend.
Freedom through cryptography,
